The traveler is responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance coverage. Liability: The travel agent acts as an intermediary between the traveler and the suppliers (Disney, Universal, Royal Caribbean, etc.) and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from the acts or omissions of the suppliers or any other third party. Force Majeure: The travel agent shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions. By accepting the travel quote, the traveler acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
