  2. Invoice Review: Review the invoice provided by your travel agent carefully. Ensure that all details, including the total amount due, payment due date, and payment instructions, are accurate.

  3. Payment Amount: Determine the amount you need to pay based on the invoice. If a deposit is required, ensure that you pay the specified percentage or amount to secure your booking.

  4. Payment Deadline: Note the payment deadline specified on the invoice. It is important to make the payment before the due date to avoid any potential booking cancellations or penalties.

  5. Payment Submission: Submit your payment using the preferred method outlined by your travel agent. If paying by credit/debit card, provide the card details securely. 

  6. Confirmation: Once the payment is submitted, request confirmation from your travel agent to ensure that the payment has been received and your booking is confirmed.

  7. Receipt: Upon successful payment, you should receive a receipt or confirmation of payment from your travel agent. Keep this document for your records as proof of payment.

  8. Follow-Up: If you do not receive confirmation of payment within the expected timeframe, follow up with your travel agent to ensure that the payment was processed successfully.
